Our Intent

To give our pupils the skills to utilise and embrace new technology safely and responsibly.

Computing is taught in half termly blocks. We use a variety of online programmes to support our computing curriculum.

We promote Online Safety through lessons planned under themes across the year, but also acting on topical issues through assemblies, supporting National E-Safety Day and by inviting our local Police Community Support Officer to talk to the children.

We are committed to investing in IT resources and have a good ratio of devices to enable pupils to work both on individual projects and work in collaboration when tasks require this.
